Sandrine Holt was born Sandrine Ho on November 19 1972 in London. Her birthplace was in London, to her Chinese mother and a French father. Toronto Canada has been home to her since she was five. The model was a catwalk model at Paris prior to becoming an actress. Annuka was her debut film role as a character in Black Robe from 1991. To honor her performance, she received a nomination to the Genie Award - the Canadian Oscar. The films Rapa Nui Rise in Paradise The Legend of Pocahontas and Dance with the Murderer followed with guest performances on Poltergeist The Uncanny Force and Outer Limits The Unknown Dimension. In 22 episodes she portrayed a pivotal part in John Woo's The Thief. Starship Troopers 2 Hero of the Federation as well Resident Evil Apocalypse followed in 2004. After a series of smaller roles in 24 Twenty Four, Runaway and other films she got her first big role as an actor in the lead role. Holt, who had played in a number of TV and film series in addition to guest roles before that time she was cast in a big role for herself in Hostages (2013) as well as the role in Netflix's House of Cards. The role she played was Julie Han, in the US remake The Returned (2015) and she was cast as Bethany Exner.
